December, 3 #7 Team St.Petersburg State University #1 (third place). Victor Bargatchev was the only twofold world Champion in programming among schoolboys (in 1994 and 1995). He was absolute winner of all-Russia school olympiad in informatics in 1995. Dmitry Davydok participated in the IOI'1992 (silver medal).

December, 3 #9 St.Petersburg IFMO #1 team is thinking on algorythm for problem B (Black Box). They are drawing balanced trees. The algorythm with balanced trees (successfully applied by this team) is admissible for problem B though it is not the most simple.
